How it works

Set up in an afternoon. Nobody to hire.

  1. Step 1: Create your account and connect Claude.

Sign up, then connect Kadenza to the Claude you already use. From then on, you just talk to Claude.

    Connecting my Kadenza account

    Example

I just made a Kadenza account. Can you connect to it?

    Used Kadenza

You're all set. I'm connected to your Kadenza account, and here's what I can see and help with now.

    • Your space:who you're for and what you talk about, so every idea I give you fits.
    • The people you follow:your competitors and what they've been posting, so we know what's working.
    • Your posts:how each one did, so I can tell you what your people like best.
    • Your calendar:what's going out and when, and I can add to it or move things around.
    • Your guides:the free guides you give away, and who's asked for each one.

Where do you want to start? I'd add the people you want to keep an eye on first.

  2. Step 2: Tell Claude who you're up against.

Name the people in your space you want to keep an eye on, and Claude adds them for you.

    Adding five competitors

    Example

Add these five people to my competitors on LinkedIn and Instagram: @mayabrooks, @jordanlee.co, @sarahchenwrites, @omarhaddad and @kellymoss.

    Used Kadenza

Done. All five are on your competitor list, on both LinkedIn and Instagram.

Kadenza's reading their posts from the past six months now, and from here on it'll keep reading everything new they put out, so you'll always know what's working for them.

    • LinkedIn:Maya, Jordan, Sarah, Omar and Kelly are all in.
    • Instagram:all five are in there too, with their posts, carousels and reels.

Want me to set up a dashboard so you can see what they're posting in one place?

    Reply to Claude…

  3. Step 3: Ask Claude to set up a dashboard of what they post.

Their posts land in one place, so you can see what they're putting out without checking every app.

  4. Step 4: Ask what's going viral with them.

Claude tells you which of their posts are taking off right now, and what those posts have in common.

    What's working for competitors

    Example

What's going viral with my competitors this week?

    Used Kadenza

Here's what took off with the people you're up against this week.

    1. 1.LinkedIn:An honest post about a slow month and what they changed4.2 times their usual
    2. 2.Instagram:A carousel on five pricing mistakes they made early on3.1 times their usual
    3. 3.YouTube:A ten-minute video on how they got their first hundred clients2.6 times their usual

What they have in common is that each one is honest about something that went wrong, and each one puts the result in the very first line.

Want me to draft three posts for you that use the same idea, in your voice?

    Reply to Claude…

    Claude
Illustration. Claude is a trademark of Anthropic.
  5. Step 5: Ask for ideas in your own brand.

Claude turns what's working into ideas and scripts that sound like you, so you're never staring at a blank page.

    This week's post idea

    Example

What should I post this week? Give me the idea and the script.

    Used Kadenza

I looked at what's been working in your space. Three of the people you follow had their best week with a short story about a mistake they made, and those posts got about twice their usual comments.

So here's my pick for you this week: tell the story of the first client you lost, and what it taught you about your price.

    1. HookI lost my first big client because I was too scared to say my price out loud.
    2. Beat oneI'd built the whole plan for them, and when they asked what it cost, I mumbled a number and said we could talk about it.
    3. Beat twoThey went with someone who charged double, because that person sounded sure.
    4. Beat threeNow I say my price first, I say it once, and then I stop talking.
    5. CloseWhat's the one thing you had to learn the hard way? Tell me below.

Want me to make a shorter version for Instagram too?

    Reply to Claude…

  6. Step 6: Record your videos, then tell Claude to schedule them.

Film them your way, and Claude puts them on your calendar so they go out on the days you pick.

    Example

    Plan

    Calendar

See your month or week. Open any post, or move a scheduled post after reviewing its new time.

  7. Step 7: Set up your lead magnets and the word people comment to get one.

Pick the guide you want to give away and the word people comment to ask for it.

  8. Step 8: Every email lands in your email tool.

Everyone who asks for your guide leaves their email, and it goes into the email tool you connect.

Every week, ask Claude what went viral and for a fresh list of ideas.

Done. About two hours of your time a week, and the emails go straight into your email provider once you connect it.

Every AI gives the same answer, until it knows your story.

Write a LinkedIn post about raising your prices.

Your AI on its own

Raising your prices can feel scary, but it's one of the most powerful moves you can make as a freelancer. 🚀 Know your worth, communicate your value and be confident. Remember: you're not selling a service, you're selling a transformation. 👇
Nothing here came from you.

The first price you give is the price they remember.Your line

Every line came from something you told it. It never makes you up.

You tell it once: your stories, the side you take on the big questions in your niche and the way you talk. It takes about thirty to sixty minutes, and every post after that is built from you.

Meet Afaq, founder of Kadenza

The person behind the app

Afaq builds content engines for creators, speakers and founders. That means the plan, the research on the people ahead of them, the content itself and turning all that attention into leads. Kadenza is the app he built from that work, so you can run the same playbook yourself, and if you'd rather hand it over, the Done-For-You plan is Afaq and his team doing it for you.

Questions

The things people ask

Anything else, ask before you buy. We'd rather talk you out of it than sell you something that doesn't fit.

Book a demo and ask
Do I need another AI subscription?

No. You connect the Claude you already pay for, and that's the one doing the writing. Without one you can still use the dashboard for research, drafts, schedules and results.

Do I need to be good at writing?

No. You need something worth saying, and that's the part Kadenza hands you. Most people find the writing was never the hard bit, the deciding was.

How long does it take to set up?

An afternoon. After that it's about two hours a week.

What if I only care about LinkedIn?

That's fine, and honestly it's how most people should start. Research works across all three, posting and your own results are live for connected LinkedIn and Instagram accounts, and you can add YouTube whenever you want it.

Will it post something embarrassing?

Nothing goes out without you saying yes. Drafts wait for you, and the only things that publish on their own are the ones you put in the calendar yourself.

Is my account safe if I connect it?

Your accounts stay yours. You connect them, you decide what goes out, and you can disconnect any of them in one click.

Can I get my stuff out?

Yes. Everything you've made, in one file, whenever you want it, and you can delete the account for good from Settings.

Why is the yearly price capped at fifty people?

Because forty percent off is a lot and I'd rather give it to the people who back this early than run it forever. When the fifty are gone, that price closes.

Are these results from the app?

They're done-for-you results, from Afaq and his team doing the work for these clients. Kadenza packages the same playbook into an app you can run yourself, and your results depend on your niche, your content and your effort.

Can you do it for me?

Yes. That's the Done-For-You plan, and it's the same service these clients got, run by Afaq and his team. You'll find it in the pricing section above.

Who is Afaq?

He's the person who built Kadenza. He builds content engines for creators, speakers and founders, which means the plan, the research on the people ahead of them, the content and turning the attention into leads. Kadenza is the app he built from that work, and the Done-For-You plan is him and his team doing it for you.

Stop guessing. Start Monday.

Connect one platform, add five people worth learning from, and have something worth posting by the afternoon.

No long contract, and you can cancel any time.
