These terms cover your use of Kadenza. By using the app, the API or the MCP, you agree to them. If you don't, don't use Kadenza. Questions? Email hello@afaqbuilds.com.

What Kadenza does

Kadenza helps you research, create, schedule and post content, and run lead-magnet automation, across your own social accounts. You connect your accounts and Kadenza acts on your behalf when you (or your own AI, through the MCP) tell it to.

Your account and your responsibility

• You must be at least 18 and give accurate sign-up details.
• Keep your API keys private. Anything done with your key is treated as done by you. You can revoke a key anytime in the API & MCP tab.
• You're responsible for the content you post and the people you contact, and for following each platform's own rules (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube) and the law where you operate.

Automation and platform limits

Kadenza paces every action well under each platform's limits to protect your account, but social platforms can still restrict or ban accounts for automation, and that's outside our control. You use the posting, messaging and outreach features at your own risk. Don't use Kadenza for spam, harassment, scraping people's private data, or anything a platform or the law forbids. We can suspend an account that does.

Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly and shown to you with the price and renewal date before you enter payment details. You can cancel anytime, in as few steps as it took to subscribe, and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. If we ever offer a free trial, we'll show the price and the date the first charge lands, and remind you before it does.

Your content

Your content and your data are yours. You give us only the permission we need to store it and run the features you ask for. We don't claim ownership of anything you create.

No warranty and limit of liability

Kadenza is provided as-is. We work hard to keep it reliable, but we can't promise it will never have downtime or errors, and we're not liable for lost profit, lost data, or account restrictions by a platform, to the extent the law allows.
