Where she started

Charlotte was already great on camera and people wanted what she was teaching. What she didn't have was someone to own the plan behind it, so the ideas, the scripts, the brand and the team all ran through her, and there's only so much of one person to go around.

She wanted to spend her time on camera and with her clients, and hand the thinking about what to post, and why, to somebody she could trust.

What was done

Afaq started working with her in September 2025 and took over the plan behind her content. He studied the coaches ahead of her and went back through two to three years of her own posts to find what her audience kept coming back for.

From that came a clear brand, a steady run of ideas and scripts for Instagram and YouTube, and a team that edited and posted under his direction. Charlotte got to do the part only she can do, which is show up and coach.

Once the content was working, the next job was turning all that attention into people she could actually talk to. So Afaq built her two quiz launches, and each one gave her audience a simple next step and gave her a list of people who wanted her help.
