Data Deletion

You can delete your data from Kadenza anytime. Here's exactly how, from the quick stuff you can do yourself to deleting your whole account.

Delete it yourself, right now

• Disconnect a platform: Configure → Disconnect on LinkedIn or Instagram. Kadenza stops acting on that account and drops its stored account details.
• Revoke API keys: API & MCP → Revoke. That key (and any AI connected with it) can no longer reach your data.
• Delete files and leads: remove uploaded files from your storage and delete leads from the Leads tab.

Delete your whole account

Open Settings, find Delete account, and type the confirmation shown there. Kadenza then removes your connected provider accounts, stored files, profile, competitors, drafts, posts, leads, keys, and login. This can't be undone. If the self-service flow does not finish, email hello@afaqbuilds.com from the address on your account so we can complete the request.

If someone gave you their details as a lead

If a Kadenza customer captured your information through a lead magnet and you want it removed, email hello@afaqbuilds.com and we'll remove it and pass the request to the customer who holds it.
