How keynote speaker Jason O. Harris got a booking system built from scratch
Professional keynote speaker who gives 30 to 40 keynotes a year
Built from scratch
keynote booking quiz and system
Since January 2026

Here's an early keynote speaker marketing case study. Jason O. Harris is a professional keynote speaker who gives 30 to 40 keynotes a year. Since January 2026, Afaq and his team have built him a keynote booking quiz and the booking system behind it, so event planners who like what they see have a simple next step. It's early, so there are no growth numbers to show yet. What's here is what was built.
Where he started
Jason was already a busy speaker, and a lot of his bookings came from his good name and from people who'd heard him speak before. What he didn't have was a simple next step for an event planner who found him and liked what they saw.
He also had no plan for showing up online, so more planners could find him in the first place, and he wanted someone to own that plan while a team did the making.
What was done
Afaq started working with Jason in January 2026 and built his keynote booking quiz from scratch, with the booking system behind it. A planner takes a short leadership quiz, gets a feel for how Jason thinks, and always has somewhere to go next.
Then came a plan for his organic content, starting from zero, and a team that makes that content under Afaq's direction. Jason gets to keep doing the part only he can do, which is get on stage and speak.
Where it stands
The booking system is live. His organic content is still being built, so it's early, and there are no growth numbers to show yet. This page will show them once there's something real to show.

A keynote booking quiz, built from scratch
It opens with a short video from Jason and a two-minute leadership quiz, so a planner gets to know him before they ever reach out.
A result that points to the next step
Everyone who finishes gets a leadership score and a short read on where they stand, and his keynote workbook is on its way to their inbox.
His organic content, starting from zero
There's a plan for what he posts and a team that makes it under Afaq's direction. It's early, so there's nothing to count yet.
